Refund policy

28 Days Returns 

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to inform us that you want to return your order.

To be eligible for a return and refund of the original purchase charges , your parcel must be in the same condition as you have received it - in its original, sealed packaging and the item(s) must be unused.

After informing us, you have another 14 days to return your order. In this case a 15% restocking fee will be deducted on returns and the costumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

After we received and inspected your return and it is in above stated condition (unused and in the same condition as when received) - we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. 

 

 

Refunds for Faulty or Damaged item(s)

In the unlikely event items should arrive damaged we offer replacements or refunds for the item(s). You must report issues such as faulty or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt.

The costumer will be required to provide digital photographs of the damaged goods to qualify for a full refund including original postage charges or replacement for the damaged item(s).

Only in cases where it is difficult to verify through the digital photographs provided if a item is damaged or faulty, we ask for a return of the item. In this case, the cost of the return will be paid by us and we will arrange the most convenient return option with you.

 

 

Missing or wrong Item(s)

In the rare instance an item is missing or you received the wrong item(s) you have to inform us within 48 hours about the issue. We will issue refunds or replacements and we will not request wrong items to be returned to us.

 

 

Other claims

We can not accept returns whereby you have used an item and decided that it is not to your liking. For that reason, we strongly advice our costumers to buy small decanted sample sizes before investing in larger sizes to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.

 

 

Discounted and Sale Items

If a purchase was made using a discount voucher, we will only refund the amount that you paid not the original price of the item(s) listed.
